About NBBO
Built from music.
Built for the next stage.
Nek Music Production — also known as Boss Music — was founded by Nek (Florin Necșoiu), a Romanian musician, producer and manager. The company works across artist development, music production, management and entertainment.
Its roots are in Romanian music production, with a long-standing connection to the manele scene and the artists who shaped it.

Romanian music. Global stage.
Manele is a contemporary Romanian genre shaped by Balkan, Roma, Middle Eastern and modern pop traditions. It is live music first — built around performance, audience and occasion.
NBBO works within that culture as a production and management company: developing artists, producing music and organising professional live engagements.
The result is a repertoire that travels — from private celebrations in Romania to diaspora and international events abroad.
